There is a mast problem in my area. 2 weeks without proper coverage. Contacting o2 seems to require a link to virgin, which is not happening. All I want to do is contact o2. How can I do this without linking to virgin which the system will not let me do please?

Finally spoke to a real person, who has made 'Myo2' work again (thank you real person!) I can now communicate with O2. Interestingly, my O2 account has 10 digits. A Virgin account has 9. The phone mast problem remains, but at least I can now contact O2. Thanks for the reply.
