You need to ask Ticketmaster to reissue named tickets.

You can order them for other people at the time of order, and you put there names on the tickets,I have done this many times for gigs... and this is the advice from Ticket Master https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360006526533-My-print-at-home-tickets-have-my-name...
