I recently found out that a default has been taken out on me because of a contract I entered into with o2 that never got cancelled when I asked for it to be (within 10 days of taking it out). I ended up cancelling it with o2 who agreed I shouldn’t be responsible for any costs as I never even received and activated the sim, but then the default was put on a month after cancelling.
I have since emailed the credit referral team twice in a month and received no reply. This is becoming quite an urgent issue as it is now stopping me from even changing banks!
Could someone help and maybe get this looked at?
