I changed my email address. My account said it is sending me an email to confirm address. Email not received. Rerequested several times. No email. Repeated change of email address, still no email received. Yes my email address is spelt correctly!

I have issues to access my account to pay my bill, as I received msg that I will have extra charge what not suppose to happen as I have direct debit set to pay my bills. I am proper upset now and need to think to change my Contract
