Hello,
I upgraded my phone to a Sony Xperia 1 IV. It stated on this deal that I would get a £400 Pre Paid MasterCard and the details for this would be text or emailed to me.
I haven't had anything through yet. It also doesn't say anything on my contract about this.. just want to check if that's right and if anyone else has had issues?
I have asked O2 on Facebook and via chat and all they do is send me the terms and conditions. Which I have read.
I just want to know if I am defo going to get this, it was one of the reasons I chose this deal.
I don't want to miss out.

I have same issue, meant to get email within 2 weeks, I have 2x S22 samsungs, and should have 2x £200 prepaid cards. Lookingat all the people with same issue, seems a bit of a scam to me.

It seems alot of people are having the same issue. This is day 14 for me.. cooling off period has ended so really should receive it now. I spoke to someone in o2 shop yesterday while I was in and they were clueless about how the promotion works. I feel this whole promotion could have been done better. It's not good that we all are worrying if we are going to receive this. It does feel like a scam.. reeling us in with this promotion

Just to make you all aware.. I just called Blackhawk who are the redemption partner and the guy looked at my account and said they had nothing in regards to that offer.
I have been told by them that I need to email help@o2redeem.co.uk with proof of purchase. I already emailed them twice with no reply - and it states they should get back within 24 hours.
I think this is ridiculous as nowhere in the terms and conditions did it state this. I am really starting to think this is a scam. Been passed from pillar to post with this whole situation.
