The T&C's state: No guarantee of service which means that there will be compensation given,and with past outages they havent

Mind you everyone seems to want at least 40p for the days usage back (Monthly Billing Cycle Days /Line Rental - VAT)

@EmilieT Can I make a suggestion that new member registration is suspended during an outage. A lot of new posters are just repeating everything and we're unlikely to see them again. Also, there's an increasing amount of posters using expletives which is a shame.

I for one will be terminating my contrct with O2 as soon as I can get my phone to work!!!! I have been with O2 for for over 20 years but this is completely unacceptable.
