Hey I’ve read a few posts with people having issues connecting to mobile data with a new watch. I’ve been messaging support and they sending out another esim but did anyone manage to sort it without that? Thanks

No it didn’t. They weren’t able to swap the sim. Sim has been reset twice now and still not able to connect to mobile data. No sim installed showing on watch. O2 were stumped so waiting on tech support

Thank you for that however I can’t get past error 106 when trying to add the watch to the plan. It’s just not connecting to O2.
