Bought two cellular Apple Watches from Apple after having a health episode and had just the worst time trying to add the iwatches on to an existing multi phone plan with O2. My Iwatch app showing error code 8. Been on the helpline for weeks and been in store. Tickets raised and no one responds . I suspect the linked mobile numbers on the account may need to be unlinked . The second phone app just showing 02 activating cache on loop . Can we have help please ?!

These problems come up frequently on here. O2 and Apple Watches seem to be a problematic.
As we are all customers here all we have is this guide

Seems to be 100% linked to having more than one phone on the account.
Provide O2 with a different email address to separate out the two phones.
