I have successfully ported my number from my old network. On my phone however, under settings > phonecalls it won't let me update the number (that shows when I call) from the one originally on the O2 sim, to the one that has ported?
Any suggestions?

Have you tried resetting you network settings?
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
