Hi there, my Now TV app isnt working and so the customer help team at Now TV have asked me to ask my netwrok carrier (o2) to check if there is a VPN (Virtual Private Network ) set up from my network connection and to disable it if so. How do I check this?

Only you can set a VPN in your phone settings, not O2.

Check on your handset to see if you have accidentally enabled a VPN, although this would also likely effect your entire data network, not just your Now TV app.
