Just got a call from someone who said that they want to send me a new sim. Asked for my email address. Didn't give it. Is this a scam?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text or number to 7726 - It's free.

Just had a similar call saying they were O2 as they said my SIM would be blocked in a few days. When asked for my Email address I said tell me what it is and I'll confirm it but they said it was against their policy. I told them it was against mine too!😂 They were very pleasant even though I said I thought it was a scam!
