Unable to receive incoming calls or texts since porting my number to o2 from vodaphone

My number was ported from vodaphone to o2 on Thursday and since they have done it I can only receive calls from o2 network.

have called customer service many times and still not solved.

I have been to store and they have checked settings, done phone restore and sim swap and still having same problem!

please can anyone help! 

o2 have been useless!

Did you get this resolved. I’m having exact same issues since my EE number ported 9 days ago. No calls or texts other than 02 numbers and I can’t activate iMessage or FaceTime. I’m getting no where with 02 at all and I’m at my wits end

I’ve called numerous times and no one can help. I’ve contacted socials and they just say they are very busy.

I’m on day 9 of this issue now and customer support just can’t help, did you get this resolved? I’m losing hope and at my wits end. I can verify myself on anything cos I can’t get the texts

Please may someone help me with the exact same problem? I ported over from Vodafone and I can only receive incoming calls and texts from O2. Vodafone are not interested in helping me and O2 support are unable to resolve.
