Voicemail Notifications

Following upgrade to my account getting constant notifications for voicemail when there is no actual message. Running latest version of ios18 on iphone - never had this problem before. Remedies?

New sim not connecting to network

My O2 app keeps appearing to have an error whenever I try to log in. The ‘it takes approximately 48 hours since you created the account for the app to work’ but its been almost a week. What should I do ?
