I’m using an iPhone. Since I changed my contract with O2 the phone icon continually shows a red dot against it suggesting a voice message/missed call. Periodically, I get a message that says I have a new voice message. When I check there is no message. Any ideas how to correct this. I’ve tried the livechat option to speak to someone but it doesn’t connect.
