Well the original post is a year old

Did you follow the terms and conditions?

You need to make a chargeable call once every six months at a minimum

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Lynne10

No idea why you have been cut off unless you haven't topped up?

Either way you need to contact O2.

All methods of contact are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Bear in mind @Grotemobile that it is currently taking O2 up to eight weeks to investigate and respond to complaints.

I would be inclined to use social media to get help from O2 :-

How do you know?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I think the words 'up to' just about covers it 😎

I've never believed in the whole 8 weeks thing anyway...

The only accuracy around the 8 week thing is that the complaint can be escalated after 8 weeks if not resolved.

It's all covered in the response from O2 when a complaint is logged so pointless to keep on spewing the same rhetoric.
