Day 2 (that I know of) of not receiving SMS from anyone on the vodafone network. They can receive mine. Tested with another O2 user and one from 3 and they work fine. They can all send and receive SMS from each other so the issue seems to be with O2.
Anyone else having issues? Tried powering phone off and on again several times. No joy.
Getting annoying as I have no idea how many messages Im missing relating to work.

A quick update to say that although no faults were found on the O2 network, I can now receive SMS from Vodafone.
Interesting to note that messages I know were sent over the last 2 days have vanished and not been received. Only "new" messages have appeared.

All seems fine with me (my son is on Voda and I'm getting messages from him OK)
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Did you port your number from Vodafone by any chance??
I am getting messages from Vodafone onto both o2 numbers I have (1 Personal and 1 Enterprise) and no issues at all..
