I have just ordered an upgrade following my phone being stolen whilst abroad on holiday. The DPD guy has turned iup with the new phone and asked for a pin code which I haven't been sent. I can't access my phone to check if its been sent on a message obvs, but the delivery guy said it should have also been sent by email which it hasn't becasue O2 didn't pass my email address onto DPD????? So i still don't have a new phone 😡

I had both email and text for my last order.

Might be worth checking your spam and junk folders @MattCoop

@MattCoop

You need to contact o2, and ask them to change the number it is sent to, all the contact details can be found here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have never had it sent by email, but another option is to download the DPD App as it can show in there as well

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

I too definitely had an email as well as the text

I've never had one go to junk but it's possible with O2
