I have my 'ntlworld.com.' emails on my phone.
Recently however they will now only send or receive, when I am at home connected to my home wi-fi. They will no longer operate through the network when I am out and about.
My local phone shop is unable to resolve this problem.
How can I resolve this please?

There appears to be a problem with ntlworld email.
There seems to be a lot going on in the background between O2 and Virgin
I doubt anybody in O2 customer services would even know what you are talking about
As these are handled by Virgin best to ask there https://community.virginmedia.com
Maybe try a VPN for now

The issue has been on and off for years and it comes and goes.
No need to change any settings as yours will work fine when they do whatever they do next.
