Hi, I’ve recently been accepted for a new phone online (my credit check has been accepted) and I’ve had an email telling me to go to my account to see what to do next. However, my basket has now “expired” - it’s been minutes since the credit check was accepted, and there’s nothing on myO2. How do I progress it?
