I have tried 5 or 6 times to update my payment method to a new MasterCard debit card as the old one has expired. Each time it says the request cannot be completed and if I have this problem repeatedly I should use a different card. I don't want to use a credit card and this debit card has been activated and is accepted elsewhere. My £10 rolling plan renews on the 11th of each month and I am concerned it will stop working if I can't register the new card. What am I doing wrong?
