Has the top up process changed? To top up my daughters phones I used to be able to select them from the dropdown on the My O2 app, select the amount and the payment card and that was it. Now the app takes me out to a ‘web top up’ screen that asks me to make sure the correct number is selected from the drop down list, (even though there isn’t one) then I have to manually enter my daughter’s phone number, my name, email address, postal address and card details. Is this a change? If so it is so inconvenient?

Lots of changes to PAYG currently.
May just be temporary but we haven't been told either way.
