I tried ordering the iPhone 17 pro max passed the credit check was paying upfront cost of £200. The second I accepted the payment through my bank the screen crashed and went blank.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email either. Rang o2 sales team and was told a refund in 72 hours which would have been yesterday, as the order hadn’t gone through on their side.
the refund isn’t in my account and since disappeared from pending transaction.
How long will the refund take and who do I need to contact if it’s not in there by 8 days.
