O2 bill payment

Money has been taken out of my account but it still says payment over due on my air time bill, other payments have all gone through please sort this

There is nothing "to sort"

It can take 24 hours for myo2 to catchup, it will then show as paid, this is because although the money has left your account, O2 wont have yet had acknowledgment from your bank to say its been paid....

This is how the banking systems works sometimes....
