Money has been taken out of my account but it still says payment over due on my air time bill, other payments have all gone through please sort this

Oh no, I got a call from a lady asked all the usual, knew I had order an iPad but I needed to change it so she asked my security questions and the needed to do a credit check so asked for my card details now I am panicking!!
