What a con¬!!

i Bought a new apple phone and then the shop assistant then said as i had been with 02 for so long i was entitled to a FREE tablet but now 2 months later find that i am being invoiced for the tablet. There is no sim card in it so i feel that i have been conned. I would like to return the tablet but have just been told that i would have to pay for the plan approx £220.

|Remin me never to go with 02 again.

You need to go back to the shop in question, or call customer services on 202 from your phone..  You will also need proof of the sale so your receipt etc, which will have all the details on it.

 

After 2 months you may be pushing it as well, as it will have been sold on a contract which you will have signed.
