I have been sent a new Sim card: I have put it in and text ‘SWAP’ to 20220. The message will not send! All my other messages will send as normal. I have put the card in and out- still nothing

 If you're texting 'Swap' to 20220 to activate the SIM this needs to be sent from the old SIM only, the new SIM won’t be active to enable this.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
