Hi, has anyone had issues texting 85075 info ? I've been getting the below response on txt 

Hi, it's O2. There's been an issue processing your request, please try again later. Want other options? Personal accounts: go to o2.co.uk/switch or call 202 free from your O2 mobile. Business accounts: go to o2.co.uk/switchbusiness, contact your account manager or call 8002 free from your O2 mobile.

 

I've spoken to customer services they said its an ofcom issue ??? Ive told them it's an o2 issue and ofcom is the regulator..

 

The wait time also to speak to customer services has  gone down hill and you can't seem to speak to anyone from this country anymore which is challenging.

Just tried it and it's working fine.

Try contacting O2 on social media.

Just tried here  Worked OK

Have you more than one phone on the account 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The *0# forces the receiving SMS system to confirm the message has been sent on to the intended destination (nothing else implied!).
