Hi, has anyone had issues texting 85075 info ? I've been getting the below response on txt

I've spoken to customer services they said its an ofcom issue ??? Ive told them it's an o2 issue and ofcom is the regulator..
The wait time also to speak to customer services has gone down hill and you can't seem to speak to anyone from this country anymore which is challenging.
