I desperately need to pay my bill but I am abroad and my sim wont be
sent the login code to access the O2 app. I can't speak to any O2 agent
without having access to the number on this sim.
My sim appears blocked and saying I need a PUK code.I am unable to go in
my O2 app as it’s needs to text me a code which I can’t access.I can’t
ring and the chat refers to the O2 app
I took a screenshot of my PUK code so I wouldn't forget it. Cannot gain
access to my mobile, as it is locked, and 02 keeps sending me codes
which I cannot receive, as I haven't got access to my phone
I picked up my daughters new replacement handset from apple store today.
Switched it on and expected it to just work. no network coverage and no
