Over 2 weeks ago my iPhone 14 was black listed. Not lost, stolen or unpaid bills. I brought the phone outright at an o2 store in 2023. After numerous shop visits & numerous calls to o2, it’s still not been unlocked. HELP??

My battery usage increases significantly when I have no phone coverage any ideas why?
