Can’t activate esim

Hi. I cannot see an option in settings to activate eSIM, therefore the QR code isn’t working when I scan it. Tariff changed yesterday.

Poor O2 connection

The O2 4G signal showing on my Netgear Nighthawk router through O2 varies between 1 and 2 bars only. This is not good. Is this connected somehow to the 3G switch off?

Resolved! Changed my phone on a sim only contract

Hi, I have an O2 sim only contract but i have just changed my phone from an Oppo to a Pixel 7, everything seemed to go well except it says there is no 5g or mobile data, do i need a new sim card to go with the Pixel phone? TIA, Justin
