Afternoon all,

Question re PAC code....

I have an account that one of my parents use, they want to take out own contract but keep the number they are using.

Now I know if was myself swapping to another supplier would just be straight forward, but whats process for the PAC code we would get from this existing number and taking it onto another contract thats not in my name, but same address ? Hope this makes sense !

TIA

No PAC needed as it is a migration

They will need to take out an account on a temporary number. Then you can arrange for the original number to be ported across

Both parties need to be available on the phone when requesting

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Dunfermline4

It's not clear if your parent wishes to stay with O2 or move providers, but if moving providers, the PAC process is the same as if you were doing it.

The name doesn't make any difference.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
