wrong number

i have signed into my account and something is wrong. the account say hello my name. but the telephone number on the account is one digit out and when i look into the details its someone else and not my phone. because the phone number and the account do not match i cannot get past security. talking to someone is a waste of time, they can see the number im calling from and the one on the account don't match. obviously the passwords are not going to match i dont know the passwords for the wrong number on my account. HELP

Best way forward is to go in store with photo ID to prove who you are.
