How do I request a refund on a bill

I am no longer an O2 costumer & I keep receiving texts saying I have a bill. When I click in it's actually an overpayment. It says sign in to your account to be refunded but I can't find where to do this

Calls to France drop before they connect.

I am on a montly tariff which includes Zone 1. I have been trying to call France for two days, every single time I key the number in and press connect the call is dropped before it connects. Why is this happening.

VM02 Website Desktop

Hi When I log in to VM02 Website on my Laptop it comes up with the following. Error 400 Ooops we can't find the page you're after. I can access the Website through my Samsung device. But not my Laptop. Anyone else experiencing this. Many Thanks Matt
