I am trying to access the myo2 app and priority app. After inserting
username and password it states I will receive 2 text messages to the
phone with a 6 digit otp. I ask for text to be sent and nothing happens.

Hi my iPhone 14 screen is black & won’t restart. It went off suddenly
yesterday. I managed to restart it but it went off again not long after.
Charged it overnight but screen still black & no sign of it restarting.
