I have been sent a 5G SIM. I ordered it to use in a TP link mobile wi fi router. We have since found out that it is not working in the device. We have had no problem with the router using a pre loaded EE SIM 4G CARD. The new 5G SIM card is working in a phone but not in the router. I have spoke to O2 who have told me that that the card should be 3G, 4G and 5G compatible. Any ideas. Really don't want to buy a new TP link for 5G.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
