I am on a montly tariff which includes Zone 1.

I have been trying to call France for two days, every single time I key the number in and press connect the call is dropped before it connects. Why is this happening.

@John66

Assume you have the international bolt on?

If not working, you need to contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi MI5, thank you for responding.

My tarif says it includes calls to France and i've used it to call France before no problem.

i have been trying to get help from 02 for two days but am getting no where.

The automated reply system says there is a wait of 60 mins, but even after that no one contacted me.

I cannot find any phone number to actually call and talk to a human being.

If this doesn't get sorted I'll have to leave 02 and get a sim deal with someone else.

@John66

The contacts details for o2 are at the bottom of every page on the o2 website, and can also be found in the app

They are also in this guide Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Are you on PAYG or Pay Monthly..  As no tariff includes calling France, that I can recall seeing,  unless you are roaming in France, an even the International Bolt On the calls cost money..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@John66

I posted a link above with all contact numbers and social media links for you.

I asked about the international bolt on because pay monthly tariffs don't include them, only some PAYG tariffs, but you stated a monthly tariff?

Either way, you will still need to get hold of O2 somehow as we are all customers here like yourself, and cannot see what's going on with your account, sorry.
