current o2 sim versus Volt benefits

I currently have an O2 mobile account and wonder whether I can get Volt benefits with it, rather then having to take out another o2 sim only deal?

Yes you can if you also have Virginmedia

However, Virgin Sales will try to insist you need a new O2 account. Be persistent and if they won't budge ring off and try another advisor

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
