Hi our phone bills are paid but we are unable to use our phones at all no calls or texts or Internet. Can someone please help? We cannot call you as it won’t allow us to! We run a business and this is impossible. 

please help!

You need to contact O2.

@Hannah42 If you want to call and speak to O2, borrow a phone that isn't connected to your account, or one that isn't with O2 at all, or use a land line and call 0800 032 1402 or 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management).
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
