How can I get rid of this voicemail message ? Yesterday I renewed a contract with O2 and received this as a voicemail which said nothing of any interest by the way, just menu options. But there's no way to delete it ! This message seems to be immune to the normal method of deleting voicemails. What's going on here ? Here's a screenshot from my phone.

Sadly this didn't work other than to get rid of the coloured dots. The message alas remains. The solution suggested of removing then replacing the battery might have to be.

@davowolf If your phone's battery isn't meant to be removed you could cause yourself more problems than you already have. Have you contacted O2 and asked them to reset your voicemail?
