Resolved! No caller id

Since moving to O2 I have no caller id on incoming calls. So I guess I have to get technical support, but how? Live chat is useless and I just need a real person to raise a fault. Answers gratefully received!

Never get 5g

My phone never connects to 5g. I've recently upgraded to an S25. I was sat next to a friend recently, also on o2 who had 5g but my phone was still using 4g. Even when in central London 5g does not work. Why is this?
