I have trouble connecting to O2 network at home so I want to set up wifi calling (am on monthly contract). I have contacted O2 who say they are unable to help. Previous posts suggest this should be a possibility but can anyone please confirm that it can be done and, if so, how

@Bingers1

Open Phone app, tap Menu, go to Settings > Calls > Wi-Fi Calling, then tap the Wi-Fi Calling switch to turn it on or off.

If options are not showing then phone is not supported by O2.

Some older versions of Android were not supported.

O2 instructions for E7 here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/motorola/moto-e7-android-10-0/basic-settings/turn-... but there's only two Moto's listed. (E7 and G50).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Phone must be too old then as it does not have that setting under the Calls menu
