Hi @Anonymous ....it 'may' be a sim issue. Remove sim, clean gently with lint free cloth, reinsert sim...then reboot the phone. If the problem persists (and isn't network related) then pop instore and get a new sim ...

it isn't the SIM receives voice/text new number is also recognised I just can't send voice/text/data. Half done job by the techs at O2 i am guessing.
