Why is my phone refusing to send voice/text/data yet receives voice text data ?

Hi @Anonymous ....it 'may' be a sim issue. Remove sim, clean gently with lint free cloth, reinsert sim...then reboot the phone. If the problem persists (and isn't network related) then pop instore and get a new sim ...

it isn't the SIM receives voice/text new number is also recognised I just can't send voice/text/data. Half done job by the techs at O2 i am guessing.

It's a PAYG and in credit 

 

Call 4445 Customer Care ...

- "your mobile is currently inactive" please contact Customer Care" ...

 

obviously how to keep idiots occupied for hours in an infinite loop !
