I ordered a new device and Pay-Monthly plan on the 25th November and it still hasn't been delivered. I'm aware of something happening with the warehouse delaying orders, but the only email I have from them is my confirmation of order - nothing about it being processed or any delays. No information on my order shows up on myO2 so I can't even track its progress. When I called O2 they said I should receive my device by the 20th but I am going abroad for a month on the 18th.
Its incredibly frustrating and I'm concerned the device will arrive and I will start being charged for a service that I haven't been able to use.

You will only be charged when the device has been dispatched.
Your only option if you are going to be way is to cancel and then try in store to get the device...
There is nothing anyone on here can to do to make it arrive quicker..
