I’m a new costumer on 02, and is first time I use my 02 service aboard in Portugal (madeira) and I Cannot make NO calls to uk numbers and all so to português numbers and the roaming is ON.
CALL FAIL, CALL FAIL 😡😡😡
and the crazy thing the internet is working same times on 4g and 5g.
but no CALLS 😡😡😡
I call costumers service form different mobile device and I have be told to reset network settings and reset network service and all so I have be told by the costumers service there are remove the roaming bar, and still NOT WORKING.
And I was told I need to wait 5 to 7 working days for the network engineer to call me 🤔.
THIS IS A JOKE.
Looking forward to leaving O2, wen I will be back to Uk
