@Balls It can take 48 hours or sometimes longer for payments to clear O2's account. If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.

I cant call you, because my phone has been switched off.
I have a direct debit, but I was temporarily out of funds.
It has already been 48 hours now.
Hopefully it'll be back on tomorrow.

You can use Skype and call the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217, there is a guide here Guide: A Guide to Skype
Bare in mind o2 don't have to reconnect you if you are late paying your bills, and may charge you £15 to reconnect you as well as the £6 late payment fee.

@Balls This is not O2. We are a Customer to Customer forum. People have made a suggestion that has proved effective in past cases
Naturally, it's up to you to accept or ignore
