@Balls It can take 48 hours or sometimes longer for payments to clear O2's account. If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.

If you have no phone to use, download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype 

You can then speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I cant call you, because my phone has been switched off.

I have a direct debit, but I was temporarily out of funds.

It has already been 48 hours now.

Hopefully it'll be back on tomorrow.

@Balls This is not O2. This is a customer community. As I said, use Skype to call Payment Management if you need to. It's a Freephone number.

I used my O2 app to contact O2 and this is where it sent me.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Bare in mind o2 don't have to reconnect you if you are late paying your bills, and may charge you £15 to reconnect you as well as the £6 late payment fee.

@Balls This is not O2. We are a Customer to Customer forum. People have made a suggestion that has proved effective in past cases

Naturally, it's up to you to accept or ignore 

But don't complain at people when they try to help.

@Balls Skype is easy to use. Follow the guide posted above. All you need is a microphone on your laptop or desktop. It will enable you to call Payment Management for free. It may be an old VOIP app but it's not a dinosaur and will get you out of this jam.
