I am in spain and needed to use my phone. So I bought a bolt on . All good so far.

However, still while in spain , I need to cancel this bolt on so I don’t get charged tomorrow.

I have opened my o2 app to chat to o2. Error message- server unavailable. Server was available when I made purchase.

i have tried texting 23336 - text unable to go through. Does anyone have a number to call o2 from outside uk?

@davidclark1

No bolt ons required for Spain.

You use your UK allowances, up to 25gb, for free

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Spain uses your standard allowances (max 25GB dataon Contract)  No need for a bolt on

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I assume you are talking about O2 travel bolt on @davidclark1 but you will not be charged for having this in any Eu country, so no point stressing over trying to contact O2 about it.
