Change of Contract

I am leaving the UK to live abroad indefinitely. I would like to change my contract from monthly pay to a pay as you go contract for at least 12 months as I will need to manage ongoing expenses & bill  payments via internet banking which require phone txt verifications etc 


Is this possible and who do I contact ?
