i ordered airpods 4 with pay monthly. they took £45 upfront and my credit score went thru. i received an email saying we need to take a look at your application please hold tight we'll be back within 24h. it's been 3 days and no email i can't even track my order. i can't even see my order neither can i log in into the o2 app. what can i do. they took the money out of my account.

Upto 5 working days and with the amount of Idevice orders, i would err on that side..
And this thread is from 2024, so i hope it was sorted. Advice for next time create a new thread rather than a 10month old thread.
